Interesting Gadget: Sports Gyrociser


The Sports Gyrociser is a physiotherapy and sports training aid. The size of a tennis ball, the Gyrociser works on your movement alone — no batteries are needed. Once you get the Gyrociser spinning, you simply rotate your wrist in either a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction. This creates a gyroscopic force which exercises the muscles. The faster you make the inner ball spin the heavier the Gyrociser feels. It's an excellent training aid for anyone who needs to gain strength in their fingers, hand, wrist and arm muscles.
