Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal in his Musnad said: Abu Ja'far Al Madaini and he is Muhammad Ibn Ja'far narrated to us that Abbad ibn Awwam narrated to us, that Muhammad Ibn Ishaaq narrated to us, on the authority of Muhammad Ibn Munkadir, on the authority of Anas Ibn Malik said: the Prophet (Salallahu alaihi wa sallam) said:

"Verily in front of the Dajjal are years of deception where they would say that the truthful is a liar and that the liar is truthful,

and where the trustworthy are seen as deceptive and where the deceptive are seen as trustworthy,

and the Ruwaibidhah speak".
It was said: Who are the Ruwaibidah?
He said: "The sinners who speak about general matters".

الرجل التافه يتكلم في أمر العامة
Also translated as:
"The lowly ignoble man who speaks out about the public affairs."
